Help with your account

• Change your password: Account settings on the website, or Profile → Change password in the app. Locked out? Email us from your account's address.
• Download your data: Account settings → Download my data, or Profile → Export my data in the app.
• Delete your account: Account settings → Delete your account, or Profile in the app. It's permanent and immediate.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your data, or for any other privacy question, email us from the address on your account so we can verify it's you. Read our privacy policy for details.

Report a nutrition value

If a food's calories or macros look wrong, send us the food's name, the value you'd expect and, if you can, a photo of the label or a link to the source. We check every report against the original data.
